Goods:

a delivery can not be made to the customers address the
customer is liable for any extra expenses due from the
delivery service.
We cannot be held liable for the costs of undeliverable

Returns Policy:

Faults or errors
must be notified within fourteen days. Goods may not
be returned without prior agreement. We will undertake
to
make every effort to remedy faults and errors to customers
satisfaction without delay. We will not be liable for
any expense however incurred by the customer due to shortages
or faulty goods.
We cannot be liable for customer shipping charges related
to returning
goods.
Video:
We regret we do not accept returns of DVD's or Videos
if any seals or plastic wrapping has been broken, if
the item is mis-shipped please do not open
it.
We do accept returns of DVD's and Videos where seals
are intact.
We do accept returns of DVD's and videos
where the item is faulty, incompateble or the content
is not materially as advertised.

At this time we are unable to accept direct orders from
outside the EU. If you live outside this region and wish
to buy from us please contact us for the full shipping

in regards to fluctuations in price or stock situation.
Delivery times given are estimated and should be used
only as a guide. The period estimated is in (working
